  1. Customer Experience Unit

What are my responsibilities?

  • Participate in all aspects of software development developing, debugging, testing, deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide post implementation support on level 2 and level 3 support cases.
  • Take pride in accountability, ownership of outstanding issues and establishes a high level of credibility with others in organization.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Minimum required a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably working experience for more than 3 years or good knowledge and understanding of applications and associated technology (ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON).
  • Good experience in Visual Studio 2017 and .NET Framework 4.x C#, T-SQL and LINQ.
  • Knowledge in MVC and Bootstrap will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with MSSQL database.
  • Knowledge of version control: Git server.
  • Desired skills: HTML/CSHTML, HTML 5, CSS, RESTful APIs.

 

  1. Customer Onboarding Manager

What are my responsibilities?

  • To be able to managed critical project components including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, communication and risk through all phases of the systems project implementation life cycle.
  • To manage all aspects of development and implementation of assigned projects and provides single point of contact with internal resources, clients third party/vendor for those projects.
  • To be able to define project scope and objectives, to developed detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines and resources plans.
  • To escalate potential risks/issues together with proposed mitigation plan and/or recommendations.
  • To produce relevant documentations in compliance with Project Governance requirements and standards.
  • Delivering completed solutions to clients and performing regular checks on the solutions performance.
  • Ensure proper project Close-out including (but not limited to) lessons learnt, evaluations and conducting face-to-face review with project team on performance (in the project).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in and end to end IT project management role with direct accountability for project budgets and timelines.
  • Project Management certifications : PMP/PRINCE2.
  • Good understanding in project management methodology such as Agile / SCRUM.
  • Strong communication & problem solving skills and stakeholders relationship management.
  • Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations.

  1. Customer Needs Discovery Manager

What are my responsibilities?

  • Act as a consultant for the sales team in terms of answering technical questions, preparing and delivering solution based on product presentations which meet customer business requirements especially on CRM Solutions.
  • Understand and positioning CRM solution to our clients based on their business needs.
  • Design and propose business plan based on client requirement on ICT perspective.
  • Facilitating consultation services to client expectation through-out the entire engagement lifecycle from proposal, requirement gathering and project sign off.
  • Working with multiple projects and various business proposals within limited time frame, which required other department’s input and feedback.
  • Continuously updating technical knowledge and learning new products and feature sets in Information Technology.
  • Keeping up to the mark of the latest trends and business requirements in Customer Relationship Industries.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Identifies and approaches key or strategic partners and set short and long-term channel strategies.
  • Ensure knowledge of customers’ business targets, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers and effectively transfers this knowledge to Business Unit.
  • Focuses and pursues strategic business opportunities with the customer by coordinating all involved activities.
  • Provide value to the customer by creating new business together and by sharing information about market, industry and market intelligence and with this develops new business opportunities for customers.
  • Builds and maintains sustainable relationships with the appropriate customer’s key decision makers.
  • Establish him/herself as the point of contact for local escalations.
  • Is responsible for the achievement of the account business targets as defined by Business Unit.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3years experience in Channel Sales management experience with a track record of successful performance.
  • Language –speaks fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills, the ability to motivate, inspire and collaborate with team.

What are my responsibilities?
