  1. Software Developer

What are my responsibilities?

  • Participate in all aspects of software development developing, debugging, testing, deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide post implementation support on level 2 and level 3 support cases.
  • Take pride in accountability, ownership of outstanding issues and establishes a high level of credibility with others in organization.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Minimum required a Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Professional certification will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably working experience for more than 3 years or good knowledge and understanding of applications and associated technology (ASP.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON).
  • Good experience in Visual Studio 2017 and .NET Framework 4.x C#, T-SQL and LINQ.
  • Knowledge in MVC and Bootstrap will be an advantage.
  • Familiar with MSSQL database.
  • Knowledge of version control: Git server.
  • Desired skills: HTML/CSHTML, HTML 5, CSS, RESTful APIs.


Sales and Marketing
  1. Pre-Sales Consultant

What are my responsibilities?

  • Act as a consultant for the sales team in terms of answering technical questions, preparing and delivering solution based on product presentations which meet customer business requirements especially on CRM Solutions.
  • Understand and positioning CRM solution to our clients based on their business needs.
  • Design and propose business plan based on client requirement on ICT perspective.
  • Facilitating consultation services to client expectation through-out the entire engagement lifecycle from proposal, requirement gathering and project sign off.
  • Working with multiple projects and various business proposals within limited time frame, which required other department’s input and feedback.
  • Continuously updating technical knowledge and learning new products and feature sets in Information Technology.
  • Keeping up to the mark of the latest trends and business requirements in Customer Relationship Industries.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management, Software Development and process the ability to map operation processes.
  • The ability to architect solutions and lead the design, implementation and transition to support.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


  1. Marketing Internship

What are my responsibilities?

  • Assist with market research, data collection, and company publicity.
  • Maintain company website and social media channels e.g. Facebook, Instagram.
  • Curate and produce marketing contents in multimedia and written formats.
  • Draft internal/external correspondences.
  • Assist in company events and training workshops.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Internship candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and write fluently in English.
  • Proficient in using various Microsoft office software.

  1. Graphic Design Internship

What are my responsibilities? 

  • Design creative and engaging marketing materials on various platform.
  • Generate and translate all ideas and design concepts.
  • Assist to design mock-ups.
  • Assist to handle and complete design Ad Hoc tasks from time to time.

What do I need to qualify for this job? 

  • Able to work independently and cooperate with teammates without direct instruction.
  • Internship candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Graphic design, or equivalent.
  • Required software skill(s): Graphic Design Software such as Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects.
