In 2013 ANBIZ achieve a record of sweeping all there First Place Vendor Awards at the 14th Malaysia CRM and Contact Centre Industry Awards:

  • ANBIZ won FIRST Place for BEST CRM Solution implementation (Open) for our project for Siemens Malaysia
  • ANBIZ won FIRST Place for BEST Overall Contact Centre Solution Implementation for OUTBOUND and BEST CRM Solution Implementation (Open) for our project Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad.
  • ANBIZ won FIRST Place for BEST Overall Contact Centre Solution Implementation for INBOUND and BEST CRM Solution Implementation (Open) National Tourism Malaysia Contact Center.
MiRC CRM Recognition
Award (2009)

ANBIZ received its first CRM recognition Award from MiRC for its outstanding CRM services and innovations in offering CRM cloud services.
